摘要

Technology, nature, and ecology are increasingly becoming crucial issues in producing foods for children. The major aim of the study is to examine the level of the technological and environmental influence of various factors on the production and marketing of vegetable-based products. We made a hypothesis that there are four alternatives to the new strategy as Variety expansion, eco-intelligent production, implementation of innovative technologies, and entering into the External market. The criteria for selecting factors and alternatives were examined according to the expert survey. We used the AHP indicator (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to evaluate interconnection links between each factor. We investigated that the alternative of organic production has an indicator of 0.341 points and implementation of new technologies has an indicator of 0.255 points, which makes them applicable solutions for the further production of vegetable products for children. The expansion of a product variety and the increase of an entrepreneur’s profit in the internal market is still under discussion.
