摘要

As the research result of peculiarities of industrial enterprise behavior strategy formation under crisis conditions, the model of the enterprise coalition cooperation is worked out. The model allows for forming rational plans (strategies) of behavior inside the enterprise coalition and maximizing profit for both the whole coalition and its members. The preconditions for such model development are determined and justified. The principal factors of a negative impact on the light industry enterprises are researched and their negative consequences for the functioning under conditions of martial law are detailed. The game theory is used as the application toolkit and transfer from an initial non-coalition game to a cooperative game with rethinking of the utility redistribution process on the basis of the study of the characteristic function of a non-coalition game is formed. The practical value of the model consists of the fact that after receiving the evaluated utility functions of all enterprises for broad coalition cases and incomplete coalition cases, each enterprise starts a corresponding game. That allows for determining the optimal strategy of enterprise behavior according to the actual conditions of its functioning.
