摘要

Nursing education has undergone huge changes in recent years, which have boosted the use of technological resources and tools that can be accessed through electronic means in e-learning settings. The current research is focused on studying some of these technological assets that allow students and tutors in nursing areas to deal with the design and development of digital learning interventions and their practical application in realistic clinical scenarios. That is the case for FHIR interoperable resources, which are useful to exchange any kind of clinical case information and they can help with the design of nursing simulation scenarios adapted to the various settings featuring them. Moreover, standard educational specifications such as SCORM or xAPI can contribute to improving the reuse of clinical knowledge based on learning packages whose usage can be monitored and tracked. Both types of e-learning technological assets have been tested in a case of nursing simulation scenario.
