Radar Sensor-Based Smart Traffic Management System Revolutionized Using Random Forest

Over the period of time, the number of private vehicles is massively multiplying resulting in traffic jams. In the context of traffic management system, the problem regarding the improvement of security of traffic management system, reducing the risk of accidents should be focused by implementing the Smart Monitoring System or integrating old systems with modern technologies like IoT, WSN or machine learning. In this paper radar-based technology and Random Forest algorithm are integrated and utilized to manage traffic flow in real-time. The Random Forest algorithm classifies different types of vehicles based on their speed and direction. In this system, the algorithm is trained on data from the simulation using Pygame integrated with random module for dynamic real world like observation. The system offers several advantages over traditional traffic management systems, including better accuracy and real-time monitoring.
