Vasculitis refers to disorders associated with inflammation of blood vessels that can be categorized based on vessel size involved. Different types of vasculitis are associated with complex multiorgan disease, including skin manifestations. Dermatological manifestations associated with vasculitis can aid in diagnosing the specific type of vasculitis and provide a better understanding of treating the disorder. The manifestations of different types of vasculitis present differently in the older population compared to the young. In the aging population, dermatological manifestations correlate with comorbidities. This chapter will focus on the dermatological manifestations of vasculitis and related therapies in older people.
