Conclusion
摘要
The book concludes ultimately that as the policies of the ECOWAS coincides with the neoliberal agenda and global agricultural trade reforms under the auspices of the WTO, the perennial problem of agricultural productivity decline in the ECOWAS region is exacerbated as are the loss of household and national incomes. These effectively put even the food that is available both in the local and international markets well beyond the reach of most of the people.
