Numerical Calculation of Energy Spectrum of Parabolic Quantum Well of Finite Depth Using Finite Difference Method
摘要
In this chapter, energy spectrum of parabolic Quantum Well of finite depth is numerically calculated and depicted graphically as well as using tabulated values. Eigenvalue equation of energy has been numerically solved using finite difference method in this regard. The process of obtaining parabolic Quantum Well in band model of graded bandgap material AlGaAs has been introduced in advance.
