Interlude: Transverse Momentum Broadening in Proton-Nucleus Collisions
摘要
To emphasize that the study of the color structure of parton systems is not just a mathematical game, but aims first and foremost to describe the physical world, we discuss a simple QCD observable which requires knowledge of the irreps and color projectors of parton systems: nuclear transverse momentum broadening of a system of \(n \ge 2\) hadronic jets produced in high-energy proton-nucleus collisions.
