Performance Evaluation of BLX- \(\alpha \) Crossover Method for Different Instances of WMNs Considering FC-RDVM Router Replacement Method and Subway Distribution of Mesh Clients

In this research work, we present a simulation system called WMN-PSOHCDGA for optimization of node placement in Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs). We implement BLX- \(\alpha \) crossover method in our simulation system and carry out simulations for different instances (scales) of WMNs considering Fast Convergence Rational Decrement of Vmax Method (FC-RDVM) and Subway distribution of mesh clients. The simulation results indicate that for both scales of WMNs, all mesh routers are connected and all number of clients are covered. However, the load balancing for middle scale WMNs is better than small scale WMNs.
