Systematic Review of Eye-Tracking Studies
摘要
Numerous studies have illustrated the connection between eye movements during reading and text understanding. Incorporating eye-tracking data into text processing models has proved to enhance the quality of results in automatic text processing. This systematic literature review evaluates the influence of eye tracking data in text processing models. We have investigated articles published between the period 2015–2023, selecting the most relevant papers based on two main aspects: (a) eye-tracking data integrated in natural language processing models, in subfields such as sentiment analysis, text summarization, part of speech tagging and name entity recognition, (b) multilingual eye-tracking the study and comparison of cross-lingual similarities and differences.
