Assessing Effectiveness

Chapter 4 identified the importance of defining long term objectives and short-term goals. Knowing what you are trying to achieve at an event, or over the long term, is important to your funders. So is knowing if you are making progress achieving the objective. Progress only becomes known when measurements are taken, data collected, and analyzed.
