The Choice of a Generalized Criterion for the Efficiency of an Automated Electric Drive of a Railway Rolling Stock

The article considers the choice of a generalized criterion for the efficiency of the electric drive of railway rolling stock, which ensures the correctness of calculations of the parameters of control systems. The quality indicators of the automated electric drive of railway rolling stock are analyzed and a conclusion is made on the use of a generalized efficiency criterion for the operation of railway transport in an optimal mode. Instructions are given for using the vector optimization method in the dynamic mode of operation of an automated electric drive. The scientific article presents dynamic parameters, such as the time of the transition process, the process of over-regulation, taking into account the reliability indicator. The conditions under which it is possible to determine a generalized parameter are determined. The methodology for solving the optimization of the traction electric drive is also given. It is indicated that in the dynamic mode, at each moment of time, there is a change in parameters due to internal and external disturbances. It is indicated that the combined use of an electric drive and a control system makes it possible to successfully implement a generalized criterion of efficiency in railway transport. Structural control schemes of the electric drive and mechanical system have been developed. The parameters of the driving and disturbing influences are determined, the reactions of the automated electric drive system are determined. The indicators of purpose and performance, as well as criteria for evaluating efficiency, in relation to an asynchronous motor, are determined.
