The article considers the features of mathematical modeling of the transport system in urban planning and transport planning, which take into account its transport needs and ensure its sustainable development taking into account advanced mobility trends (cross-logistics, development of urban logistics as such, taking into account the principle of “last mile”, changes in the concept of transport development of the city “Avoid-Replace-Shift-Improve” etc.) – its transformation into a neosymbiotic agglomeration.
