Future Directions
摘要
The global water situation is presented in this chapter, where historical data and the current situation along, with future forecasts, are depicted with charts. Also, the current sectors that rely on water and future sectors which will surge the water demand are discussed. Renewable desalination, as the potential solution to the global water crisis, is discussed in its development stages. Furthermore, the technological developments and future directions are presented in this chapter.
