Staying There

Just about everything we have discussed up to now as market sectors has depended pretty much upon governments as customers, at least with regards to the Early Phase of operations (that period up to 2030). So, our general public questioners, referred to in the Introduction, could quite rightly deduce that there is no truly commercial market on the Moon. They (we) could claim, with justification, that just about all the money discussed so far represents outgoings. Outgoings funded by themselves, the tax payers of the world. Sometimes, the government comes under cover of another name, such as academic research, but they know, and you know, that it all comes down to government money in the end. So, are they right?
