On the Construction of Information Management System for Railroad Grouping Station Operation

In order to optimize the information management of railway freight car inspection technology operations and improve the efficiency of inspection shift personnel, this article analyzes the existing inspection technology workflow and conducts an in-depth study of the information management aspects of inspection operations. The information management system designed in this article utilizes the real-time collection and transmission of actual production data based on the RS485 bus Modbus communication protocol. The development language chosen is C#, and the MySQL database is selected for storing backend data. This system integrates functional modules such as operational fault uploading, detection data querying, and comprehensive alarm display. It achieves the goal of accessing and analyzing real-time operational data from the field through the network, enabling the real-time understanding of technical operations during train inspections and optimizing the information management of train inspection technology operations.
