This chapter summarizes the research activities and main outcomes of the unit engaged in the fields of Real Estate Appraisal, in the decade 2013–2023, concerning the development of methodologies for the evaluation of programs/plans/projects, as well as the assessment of economic value of assets and rights, or the rates of return in public and private decision-making processes.
