A Study on the NFT and Blockchain Technology for Copyright Management

The purpose of this study is to solve problems such as copyright and distribution structure of large platforms in the metaverse, blockchain, and NFT markets. In particular, in the NFT market, global technology competition is intensifying with the emergence of new concept metaverse as the domestic and foreign environment has recently shifted to non-face-to-face (Un_Tac/On-Tac) life and content consumption due to COVID-19. To solve these unreasonable copyright and distribution structure problems, we would like to study the copyright management plan model using blockchain technology and NFT. As a research method, we would like to study copyright management by listening to the opinions of copyright-related workers through in-depth interviews with copyright-related workers. This is to establish measures to prevent economic damage to creators and users due to illegal distribution in the expanding NFT market. As a result, we would like to establish a model plan to ensure that illegal distribution does not cause economic damage to creators and users in the expanding NFT market.
