Ecotoxicological Endpoints and Experimental Design
摘要
In aquatic ecosystems, experimental design can define the ultimate fate of a chemical of interest in an organism. The goal of the experimental setup is therefore to mimic as close to an actual environmental situation as possible. Examples from various peer-reviewed publications will be taken, and critiques on what was good and what could be improved will be made. The experimental design also includes microcosm studies. Other experimental concepts with examples will also be discussed in this chapter.
