Neuroleptics are a group of molecules with a wide range of pharmacological effects and a wide variety of side effects. They are used in humans for the treatment of most forms of psychosis such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorders. In veterinary medicine, all neuroleptics are prescribed off-label.
