Essential Psychiatric Disorders

In this chapter, we describe the so-called essential psychiatric disorders: dissociative syndrome, dysthymia, and canine autism. For each disorder, the clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and follow-up are detailed, and clinical vignettes are used to enrich the text.
