Social Integration Axis Disorders

In this chapter, we describe the psychiatric conditions related to dysregulation of the social integration axis. Thus, we detail the interspecific social relationship disorders (SRDs), the intraspecific SRD, and dyssocialization. In the SRD, whether they are inter- or intraspecific, we distinguish three forms: by dysfunctional framework, by overgovernance, and secondary to another behavioral disorder. For each condition, the clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and follow-up are detailed and clinical vignettes are used to enrich the text.
