Uniform Oxygen Mass Transfer Inlet Structure of Deep Well Membrane Microporous Aerated Bioreactor Using CFD

Microporous aeration bioreactor has the advantages of high mass transfer efficiency, simple structure, and good gas–liquid phase mixing performance. The entrance of the microporous aerated bioreactor directly affects the overall performance of the aeration system, revealing the influence of the microporous aerated bioreactor entrance on aeration, and optimizing the structure of the entrance to improve aeration efficiency and resource utilization efficiency wait. In this study, CFD technology will be used to simulate the oxygen mass transfer law of microporous aerated bioreactor, and the inlet structure of microporous aerated bioreactor will be optimized and three-dimensional simulation analysis will be carried out.
