摘要

According to the “Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra-Low Emission in the Iron and Steel Industry” and “Emission Standards for Air pollutants in the Iron and Steel Industry” in China, the flue gas emissions of hot blast furnacesare required to meet the emission standards of NOx < 200 mg/Nm3, SO2 < 50 mg/Nm3, and particulate matter < 10 mg/Nm3. According to the comparison of various desulphurization processes and technical and economic comprehensive analysis, the desulphurization technology of metallurgical wastewater was adopted in the flue gas treatment of 6#, 7#, 8# blast furnace in an ironmaking plant, and the specific process parameters and design scheme were given. After the completion of the project, SO2 can reduce emissions by 588t and dust by 33.18t per year. After the completion of the project, it can meet the requirements of environmental protection emissions, which has good environmental benefits and enhance the corporate image, and has a demonstration and promotion role in the field of flue gas desulfurization in the steel industry.
