摘要

As a major contributor to China's greenhouse gas emissions, the coal industry's attainment of energy savings and emission reduction is a crucial step for China to take in addressing the global climate change issue. This study builds a carbon emission accounting model and experimentally evaluates the real production situation of coal firms. It bases its analysis on the life cycle approach and the coal mining process flow. The findings demonstrate that electricity use and CH4 escape, which account for 56.35 and 22.04% of gas emissions from coal mining, are the most significant contributors. Finally, the paper puts forward the low-carbon development counter measures of coal enterprises.
