Application of Double Membrane Method Based on Optimization of Ultrafiltration Process Parameters in Wastewater Treatment
摘要
Ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis system has been widely concerned because of its stable effluent quality, ultrafiltration can guarantee the stable operation of reverse osmosis as a pretreatment; however, with the growth of the operation time, ultrafiltration membrane fouling will reduce its effluent, which in turn affects the overall operation of the system. In this paper, we firstly used orthogonal test to optimize the process parameters of ultrafiltration: initial flux, aeration volume, filtration-ceasing ratio, and the optimization results were as follows: initial flux of 68.2 LMH, aeration volume of 1 L/min, and filtration-ceasing ratio of 30:4; and then we investigated the treatment effect of the double membrane method, and the results showed that the overall removal rate of turbidity, COD, TN, TP and TDS were 99.0%, 99.3%, 94.7%, 92.0%, 98.0%, respectively. Comprehensively, the optimization of process parameters can slow down the membrane fouling of ultrafiltration; at the same time, the double membrane method can obtain excellent effect in wastewater treatment.
