摘要

This article uses Rhodamine B as a simulated dye wastewater and compares the effects of different oxidation treatments. The effect of the UV-Fenton system on the removal of Rhodamine B was investigated under different conditions of time, pH value, and Fenton reagent dosage ratio. The experiment was optimized using response surface methodology. The results show that the removal rate of 20 mg/L simulated wastewater by the UV Fenton oxidation system can reach 100%, which is significantly higher than the 2.7 and 20.2% of single UV irradiation and single Fenton oxidation treatment systems. The effects of various factors on Rhodamine B removal are as follows: Time > H2O2 dosage > Fe2+ dosage > pH. The optimized process parameters for the treatment of 20 mg/L Rhodamine B-mode by UV-Fenton method are as follows: H2O2 dosage 1.803 mL, pH value 5.499, Fe2+ dosage 1.121 mL, reaction time 32.1 min. The optimization of reaction conditions provides a reference for the application of UV-Fenton system in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.
