Diagnosis and Optimization Research on Zero Discharge Operation of Desulfurization Wastewater in a Power Plant
摘要
A 2 × 350 MW coal-fired power plant adopts the “integrated pretreatment + dual-fluid high-temperature bypass flue spray drying evaporation” technology to treat desulfurization wastewater with zero discharge. However, the system cannot operate stably for a long time after commissioning in July 2020, and the ash accumulation at the bottom of the bypass evaporation chamber is serious. This research study the problem diagnosis, smoke from the original design of water volume calculation, wastewater measured parameter bypass evaporator, the evaporator spray gun design and run several aspects, such as ash conveying system, explore the main cause of heavy congestion, for other power plant desulfurization wastewater zero discharge system of running condition, give guidance advice, and put forward solutions.
