摘要

The isolation and identification of antibiotic-resistance bacteria (ARB) from the excess sludge and effluent of Kaifeng wastewater treatment plant was studied using a culture-dependent method. The present study molecularly identified 72 isolates that were differentiated into four phyla (Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, and Bacteroidetes) belonging to 15 genera. Bacillus constitutes the most dominant genus comprising 36.11% of the total isolates. Antibiotic resistance of the identified bacterial isolates was performed using 3 different antibiotics. Fifteen isolated genera of bacteria have been confirmed to have multiple resistance to erythromycin, tetracycline, and norfloxacin. Eight strains were selected to describe their growth characteristics in gradient concentration of antibiotics by S-Gompertz model and the bacteria maximum growth (calculated by OD600) was between 0.43 and 2.07.
