摘要

Recently, a large number of studies have shown that conductive materials enable the significant promotion of the anaerobic degradation of organic substance, however, there is a lack of research on elucidating the correlation between the properties of different conductive materials and the functionalities that promote the anaerobic degradation of organic substance. Therefore, this study investigated the efficacy of various conductive materials in promoting TA degradation and determined their respective functional roles. Results showed that the addition of GAC, graphene and Fe3O4 increased the TA degradation efficiency by 29.38, 23.13 and 21.15%, respectively, indicating GAC shows the best functionality in TA degradation. Combined with the characterization of the three materials, it was found that fine particles were more conducive to the contact between the materials and microorganisms, and the oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of the materials played an important role in promoting the anaerobic degradation of organic matter, but the specific surface area and electron transport performance of the materials had no significant relationship with the anaerobic degradation efficiency. This study provides insights into the roles of exogenous materials in promoting the TA degradation process, and offers a reference for the selection of conductive materials in the process of promoting anaerobic degradation of organic substance.
