Microorganism Diversity and Species Composition of Sediment and Water of Haimen Island Mangroves in Zhangzhou, China
摘要
To further understand the microbial diversity of Haimen Island mangrove ecosystem, the study analyzed the differences of microbial community structures between mangroves sediment and water habitat based on the species annotation, diversity and species composition analysis by 16S rDNA sequencing. The results showed that the microbial diversity in sediment samples were higher than that in water habitats. The dominant species were Proteobacteria and Chloroflexi in the sediment samples, while Proteobacteria, Firmicutes and Actinobacteriota in the water samples. This study is helpful to understand the current situation of microbial resources in mangrove wetland habitat on Haimen Island, and provide a basis for protecting mangrove ecosystems and development and utilization of microbial resources for the future.
