Research on the Construction of Low Carbon Operation Evaluation Index System for Buildings in Chongqing

Based on the influencing factors of carbon emission of buildings in the operation stage of Chongqing area, the evaluation index system of building low-carbon operation is constructed according to the selection principles of evaluation indexes and related evaluation factors of low-carbon buildings. Through the investigation and statistics of the importance questionnaire of the evaluation indicators, the two methods of factor analysis and correlation analysis among the indicators are used to screen and integrate the indicators in the evaluation system. The evaluation index system of low-carbon building operation in Chongqing is optimized, which provides reference and reference for the low-carbon emission reduction work of various buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas represented by Chongqing.
