Determination of Forest Ecological Environment Assessment System Based on EWM-TOPSIS: A Case Study of Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm
摘要
China adheres to the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, insists on living in harmony with nature, implements sustainable development strategies, improves the overall coordination mechanism for ecological civilization construction, and builds an ecological civilization system as a major development goal of China. This article focuses on Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm, collects data before and after the restoration of Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm, and determines some indicators that affect the ecological environment, such as forest coverage rate/10,000 acres, coverage area/10,000 acres, forest accumulation/10,000 m3, and water conservation/ billion cubic meters, etc., then collect and process these indicators, and then combine the EWM with the TOPSIS model to construct a combined weight evaluation model, and conduct simulation experiments through MATLAB to obtain the forest ecological environment index evaluation system. And the rising trend of relevant environmental indicators after the restoration of Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm was obtained, which has brought greater benefits to the environment. As well as the establishment of ecological zones in the future to predict the relevant data of some indicators of future ecological zones, improve the environment, repair the damaged or deteriorated natural environment, promote the healthy recovery of the ecosystem and the protection of biodiversity, promote the construction of ecological civilization, and drive society Green and sustainable development.
