Research on Flexible Multi Stage Planning of Comprehensive Energy in Towns and Towns Under Low Carbon Goals

Rural areas are one of the main sources of energy consumption and emissions. In order to effectively promote the transformation of rural energy, reduce the use of traditional energy, increase the proportion of clean energy, and achieve low-carbon goals. Studied the multi-stage flexible planning method for comprehensive energy in rural areas under low-carbon goals. Introduce the concept of low-carbon goals to obtain comprehensive energy carbon emissions in townships. Considering the comprehensive energy carbon emissions and comprehensive energy consumption costs of townships, a multi-stage flexible planning model for comprehensive energy in townships is constructed. Using particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the multi-stage flexible planning model for comprehensive energy in rural areas. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a comprehensive energy carbon emission of only 2.7 kg for townships, and a comprehensive energy consumption cost of only 53,800 yuan for townships. It has a good multi-stage planning effect for flexible township comprehensive energy.
