An Estimation Model of Low-Carbon Performance for Gird Corporations Based on Improved TOPSIS

Under the dual carbon goal, to build a new power system and promote the low-carbon transformation of grid corporations, it is essential to synthetically estimate the low-carbon performance of grid corporations. First, starting from the responsibilities and functions of power grid corporations, a multi-level low-carbon assessment index system for grid corporation operation and management is structured from three aspects: power grid operation, power grid equipment, and enterprise office. Then, the AHP and entropy weight method are applied to decide the integrated weight of indexes. Finally, the improved approximate ideal solution ranking method is used to estimate and analyze the low-carbon performance of grid corporations in six regions of East China. Compared with the other two models, the effectiveness of the model is verified, which supplies valid support for measuring the low-carbon performance and low-carbon transformation decision-making of grid corporations.
