Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Carbon Emission in the Building Operation Stage of Large Shopping Malls in Chongqing

Based on the annual carbon emission data of a large shopping mall building in Chongqing in the operation stage, the rules and characteristics of the carbon emission changes of different equipment in different months are analyzed and compared. The study found that carbon emissions peaked throughout the year in August, and HVAC and lighting sockets were the main equipment leading to carbon emissions. At the same time, from the perspective of building operation and management, the energy saving and emission reduction strategy of air conditioning and lighting system is put forward, so as to provide reference for the carbon emission management of large shopping mall buildings.
