Research Incubation Promotion and Application Evaluation Method of Electric Hydrogen Production Technology for “Carbon Neutrality” Strategy

The significance of hydrogen extends beyond its industrial applications, as it also serves as a pivotal secondary energy resource in promoting the transition towards a more sustainable energy system. To facilitate the widespread use of electric hydrogen production technology, a comprehensive evaluation model and methodology have been devised. From the dimensions of technology, economy, environment, and society, this paper integrates the multi-information of the promotion and application of electric hydrogen production technology and constructs a complete and multi-dimensional portrait of electric hydrogen production technology. In the end, a demo project showcasing electric hydrogen technology was chosen for assessment and validation purposes. The findings indicated that the model and approach introduced in this paper can be implemented for practical utilization, thus offering a benchmark for the dissemination and adoption of electric hydrogen’s key facets.
