Investigating Digital Public Administration and Organizational Change in a Knowledge Translation Perspective
摘要
The paper responds to the call to shed more light on the knowledge transfer and knowledge translation related to digital transformation process in a public domain. Our research has considered a digital transformation project triggered by the introduction of the Telematics Civil Process in the Italian final court of appeal. We show that the project of change itself may act as a knowledge translation mechanism. The project is interpreted as the interactional space where different players share the framework and develop a common language. This means that both project, as coordination mechanism, and project tools themselves have the potential to become a “place” where participants may effectively enhance knowledge translation, sharing and translating their expertise, adopting a framework and developing a common ground.
