The findings shed light on the geographical distribution of HRM innovationHRM innovation, temporal trends, key players, technical diversity, core innovationInnovation themes, and technology intersections, and thus provided a foundation for understanding HRMHuman Resource Management (HRM) innovation from a patentPatents-driven perspective. While providing useful insights, it also emphasizes the need for more study to investigate the practical consequences, partnerships, and changing trends in the dynamic subject of HRM.
