This chapter provides detailed insights into the broad spectrum of parkinsonism and its diverse etiologies and phenomenology. The etiologies of parkinsonism in the illustrated cases include chemotherapy-induced, drug-induced, structural, and vascular causes, showcasing the complexity and heterogeneity of these diseases. Lower body parkinsonism, abulia, catatonia, and normal pressure hydrocephalus are also discussed.
