Aortoiliac Disease
摘要
Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is increasingly prevalent but remains underdiagnosed and undertreated. The clinical significance of PAD spans beyond lower extremity symptoms to its associated cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. The clinical manifestations of PAD greatly vary based on the severity and anatomic distribution of the disease. This chapter will focus on recognizing aortoiliac disease and will present a framework by which aortoiliac disease can be managed.
