Pelvic Venous Disorders
摘要
Pelvic venous disorders (PeVD) encompasses a group of interrelated clinical entities that include combinations of chronic pelvic pain (CPP), vulvar and lower-extremity varicosities, left flank pain and hematuria, and lower extremity pain and swelling secondary to obstruction or reflux in the abdominopelvic and/or lower extremity veins. This chapter will focus specifically on PeVD secondary to ovarian vein reflux and its endovascular management.
