Mathematical Model of Processing Batches of Raw Materials Taking into Account Ripening Process

  • Albert Egamov

摘要

At optimizing sugar production, as a rule, the question arises about the schedule of processing of various varieties of sugar beet. Due to seasonal temperature conditions, various root crop diseases and other reasons, there is no complete information about the degradation of sugar beet varieties during storage. Therefore, it is not possible to obtain an optimal processing schedule a priori, maximizing the yield of the final product (of sugar). It is necessary to find such strategies (algorithms) for processing batches of raw materials that would be quasi-optimal, if certain pre-known conditions for the parameters of batches. In this article, the mathematical model of processing sugar beetis complicated by taking into account the ripening process. At the same time, new non-standard methods come to the fore as optimal strategies, the study of which allows us to derive qualitatively new quasi-optimal strategies. In addition to theoretical interest, finding a new type of optimal strategies shows the direction for searching for quasi-optimal strategies of practical interest under similar conditions. The specifics of the task allow us to use effectively computer technique and parallel programming methods to find the values of the objective function of each strategy.
