Conclusion

This chapter revisits what has been done regarding the book's central argument. It evaluates some of the consequences of the results, particularly those connected to the question of political voice and, government response and democratic development/progress. Finally, the chapter ends with a conclusion that discusses its scholarly, normative implications and some limitations regarding what I have been able to do while outlining avenues for future research.
