Dynamic Agent-Based Model for COVID-19 Epidemic Spread Using Social Network Information
摘要
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on public health and the global economy. Morocco was among the first countries to adopt different non-pharmaceutical interventions, then add Oxford-AstraZeneca and Chinese Sinopharm vaccines as pharmaceutical interventions to control COVID spread. The purpose of this paper is to use a dynamic agent-based model based on an updated SEIR model to generate synthetic but realistic social networks built through agents’ behaviors in Agadir City to explore COVID-19 spread using only a combination of COVID-19 Vaccination and non-pharmaceutical interventions.
