Effect of e-Learning on Servicing Education in Dubai

The effect of e-learning on serving education in Dubai has yielded both positive and negative outcomes to the country’s economy. While the long-awaited plan to integrate all education services in Dubai was the root cause of the e-learning initiative, there has been concerns about the effects that the final implementation of the e-learning in Dubai. Several studies conducted in the past have analyzed the effectiveness of e-learning but have failed to ascertain the effects the e-learning brought to the real serving of education key services to members. This paper examines the effect of e-learning on servicing education in Dubai. The survey is used for data collection. The information obtained shows that the policy makers of Dubai in making critical decision on how to effective e-learning is influencing education.
