摘要

With an eye toward the potential educational benefits of AI applications on the world structure, this study examines managers' perspectives and motivations for learning when embracing AI applications to develop managerial decisions. TAM model is employed, and 325 surveys were used to collect data with details about educating managers in adopting AI Applications in organizations in the UAE to develop decision making. The findings show that managers' inclination to make managerial decisions was greatly influenced by their opinions on usefulness, perceived values, and ease of use in the feasibility of training managers in adopting AI Applications. This research paper is significantly contributing to the field of training managers in AI application adoption and the positive impact of this education on making decisions.
