Evolution of Sustainable Technologies for Production of Biofuel

In the current scenario, the overconsumption of non renewable fossil fuels and anthropogenic stress by human interference may fulfill the global energy demand but affect the sustainability of environment and threatened the environment with the dispossession and diminishing of fossil fuels. This leads the researchers to formulate new concepts and technology to fulfill energy demand by the production of Biofuels like bio-oil, biodiesel, bioethanol, and syngas from the plant based material like peel waste, microalgae and macro algae and microbes based material. This chapter focuses to using electric transport, solar power, carbon capture and storage technologies for sustainable development of environment and for the production of E20 fuel blend of ethanol and fossil based fuel. This will mark beneficial for agriculture, transportation, growth of country, sustainability of environment, energy demand, controlled pollution and flags green mobility.
