Challenges Faced by Nursing Professionals in COVID-19 Pandemic

Nursing professionals have faced unprecedented challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. As frontline workers, they have been at high risk of exposure to the virus, both at work and in their personal lives. They have also had to deal with the physical and emotional demands of caring for critically ill patients, often under difficult and stressful conditions.
