Training Load Parameters in Soccer
摘要
Monitoring training load in team sports poses a formidable challenge due to the dynamic nature of physiological and mechanical demands, which are contingent on factors such as activity type, volume, intensity, and other contextual variables. Research underscores the pivotal role of precise training load management in the strategic planning and periodization of training regimens. The insights presented in this chapter offer valuable guidance for coaches and analysts, aiding them in selecting pertinent parameters to effectively monitor training loads in soccer. It is imperative to recognize that, irrespective of the chosen parameters in our professional endeavors, the fundamental importance lies in the careful standardization of measurement tools. Only through this standardization and the ability to derive practical conclusions can we ensure a reliable assessment of our activities. This underscores the necessity for a methodical and standardized approach in leveraging the information gleaned from training load monitoring.
